From one of my clients...
I first dealt with Randy Casto of Cornerstone Realty in June of 1998. I
was in the market for investment properties. He located a condominium
complex at what was described as 'the deal of the century'. After
owning this property for 4 years, I asked Randy to list it and locate
commercial rentals for me. A buyer was found within 2... I have bought
and real estate with Randy's expertise and would not hesitate to
recommend his services to anyone!

Excerpts from an email about Randy:
I was looking for real estate in Grass Valley from out of state. Daunted but not UN-daunted, and really not knowing where to go, we drove up #49 and took the Broad Street exit. On the right was a Realty company. A beacon in the night----although it was only about 2pm. We went in, and I asked for a Realtor. Randy was next up, and when he strode into the reception area from the back office, I thought, "bingo!"
We hit it off immediately. He showed me several houses, then I flew back out a month or so later to continue the search. The following day he showed me Norlene, and I said, that's it!" It had the 'granny flat' downstairs, perfect for the housemate(s) I knew would follow.
Randy called me one day with an idea to buying that small apartment house on Catherine. Even arranging a mortgage broker, who showed me how it would be possible.
I have recommended many friends to him.
One more pleased client:
Randy Casto has been "johnny on the spot" returning my calls re lots in the
area. He really is a fine broker. Prior to contacting Randy, I called and e
mailed several others. None returned my call, and only one replied to my e mail,
several weeks after I sent it. In the real estate business, 3% of the brokers do
97% of the business, and the other 97% compete for the remaining 3% of the
business. Randy is one of the best...
